Finally! The so longed day has arrived. You’ve just landed in Crete and heading to your dream Villa Rental! It’s time to relax, swim, dine, shop, explore. At your arrival, your host will be waiting for you, in order to welcome you, show you around and give you all the relevant information about the villa and the local area. A representative of Think Villa may also stop by the Villa after a few days to check on you and offer a small gift! :-)

Welcome basketWelcome to your Villa! Please do not hesitate to help yourself to some complimentary drinks and snacks, provided curtesy of the owner, which typically contain a bottle of local wine, fruit, traditional cretan treats, sweets and some essentials for the first days of your stay!

HousekeepingQuality housekeeping services of the highest standards are provided to all our Villas. We will make sure that the Villa will be in immaculate condition at your arrival and for stays of 7 nights housekeeping is provided once during your stay. For longer-stay reservations, this service is provided every 3-4 days. The final cleaning of the Villa after your departure, is also included in the accommodation cost.

Towel & linen changeBathroom towels, bed linen and covers are provided at your Villa! When you've had a trying day exploring bits and squares, there's nothing quite so restorative as slipping into a freshly made bed. Sinking into crisp sheets and soft pillows soothes the spirit and encourages a restful night's sleep. Sparkling clean and fluffed-up towels are also a small luxury you should treat yourselves to, during your holiday! For stays of 7 nights bed linen and towel change is provided once during your stay. For longer-stay reservations, this service is provided every 3-4 days. Pool towels are also provided in your Villa for your outmost comfort and convenience! Please feel free to take these towels to the beach as well, if you wish.

Transfer from and to the airport or the portOn request we can book your transfer from the airport to the villa and vice versa, by taxi or mini van in case your group consists of more than 4 people. Travel at the comfort of your own private car and relax after your flight!

Car rentalWhether you are staying in a villa in the country side or closer to the city, a car rental is a necessity, since public transportation is available only in some villages but not well organised. Taxi service is available only on call, so driving around gives you the freedom to do what you want when you want to do it, as the island is quite big (the biggest in Grece). Your rental car allows you to explore the many beautiful beaches (all are public), discover breathtaking vistas and places of natural beauty, as well as visit the nearby picturesque villages and dine at small traditional tavernas. Upon exiting the baggage area, you will see our associate with a welcoming smile holding a sign with your name on it and the car will be at the airport ready for pickup upon your arrival. The employee will escort you to the rental area, help you with your luggage, set your GPS and take care of the whole process!
Bike rentalHop on the bike and start exploring! Either you are a sports fun and you wish to exercise during your holidays or you are just curious to wander around the area surrounding your Villa, bike rental can be arranged and bikes can be delivered at your Villa! Just ask us!
Private boat / yacht rental & daily tripsThe options here are numerous and include everything from crewed yachts and sailing boats, fishing and snorkelling excursions, sunset cruises, a daily trip to Santorini island, a visit to Spinaloga island, trips to remote beaches such as Balos and Gramvousa…private or public, day long or just for a few hours, we can provide the best option for your needs! Make the most of enjoying the fabulous blue, clear crystal waters of the Aegean and Libyan sea and world famous sandy beaches!
Professional chef in the villaPrivate dinner in your villa, prepared and served by professional chefs can be arranged. You will choose the menu of your preference and on your scheduled cook day, chef will grocery shop and arrive at your Villa with all the fresh, hand-selected ingredients, to prepare your wonderful meal! Eating well never tasted this good!
Delivery of traditional Cretan foodIn case you are looking to taste the traditional flavours of the Mediterranean cuisine, cooked from local restaurants, that can also be arranged and have a meal delivered at your Villa!
Doctor on callIn the odd case, you feel seek or nauseous, have a sun burn or a sunstroke, experience a bee or jelly fish bite, for small or more concerns simply contact us and we will help you contact a doctor, who will make a visit to your Villa to examine you and provide guidance. Should you require further medical attention, we will arrange an ambulance to take you to the nearest hospital or health center.
